Tolu Ogunlesi

Tolu Ogunlesi (born 1982) is the author of the poetry collection Listen to the Geckos Singing from a Balcony (Bewrite Books, 2004) and a novella, Conquest and Conviviality (Hodder Education, 2008). His work has appeared in Wasafiri, Other Poetry, Magma, Pyramid, The Obituary Tango (Caine Prize Anthology 2006), Sable, and elsewhere. He has also been broadcast on the BBC World Service. He won a Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Poetry Prize in 2007. He lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
